How does it work?

Slab lifting is a foundation repair process where we inject a polyurethane foam underneath the concrete slab to lift it to the required height, filling in cracks and voids left by soil erosion or other damage. It’s an alternative to concrete replacement that’s eco-friendly and cost-effective.

Slab lifting is superior to mud jacking, as it doesn’t compound existing soil issues. We use geo-technical closed-cell foam that doesn’t erode or wear over time for solid results that last! Foam is much lighter than concrete, thereby avoiding future sinkage issues.

The only reason it’s not one star is that they showed up on time for the initial estimate appointment. During the visit, they took photos and measurements and assured me I would receive an estimate by the end of the week. When I hadn’t received anything by mid-way through the following week, I reached out for an update. I was told they were finalizing estimates and that mine would be sent by the end of that day—but it never arrived. It has now been three weeks since their visit, and I still haven’t received the estimate. I had hoped for a better experience, but unfortunately, they weren’t able to follow through on even the first step of the process.

I have texted a couple times since and i haven't heard anything back. Update: See screenshots of our conversation after I left this review. From my first inquiry to the final check in.  I live in a 1948 house on East Hill in Vernon and found some worrisome cracks while reno-ing my sons bedroom.  Although no water was coming in the is great peace of mind knowing the wall is now structurally sound. I will recommend them to others.

     Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Jordan and his team came to lift a very large slab, approximately 40 feet by 24 feet, of concrete for me in September. The indoor slab was cracked in the middle and sunk 4 inches in the middle and the outer edges were lifted up about 4 inches. A very serious tripping hazard. They did an AMAZING job!!! They did it in half the time they thought it would take and it cost much less than the estimate they gave me. Everything looks perfect and they were very professional, prompt, and extremely friendly. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a cement slab evened out or completely lifted.
